Projet in Saint Saturnin lès Apt

In 2019, we embarked on a major project: converting a property in St Saturnin les Apt from two houses into one, updating it to modern standards, and reorganizing the layout of the bedrooms. We were quite intimidated at the thought of overseeing such a project. We entrusted Leonard Sanchez of Demeures Provençales, who acted as project manager, designer, and architect for the entire renovation. He has strong design skills and is adept at suggesting innovative and often stunning solutions to the challenges that arose.

Moreover, he is always pleasant, ready to assist, and understands the essence of excellent customer service, addressing issues as quickly as they arise. On the financial side, costs were always agreed upon in advance and explained clearly. We would not hesitate to recommend Demeures Provençales for any type of project in the region.
