Contact
When you call us, we will ask you to briefly explain your project and we will run through how our business works.
During the call, we will provide details of how work is coordinated and information on the weekly meetings and phased planning of the different stages of the project.
Arrangements are then made for a visit to the new construction or the property scheduled to be refurbished. A ballpark budget is created from this on-site visit.

Conception
The design phase is key for the overall direction of the project.
Having taken into account the lifestyle of each and every client and their family, we will propose a plan in line with the property owner’s suggestions and planning proposals.
During this phase, we create project plans and drawings and submit applications for building permits and other required documentation.

Calculations
Budgeting is the final phase before work commences.
We conduct studies of the soil and concrete structure in order to determine a precise costing. It is at this stage that estimated budgets become an accurate quote.
