Léonard will visit your property and provide advice from this initial meeting.
Having listened to your wishes and requirements, he will offer several options for reorganising or transforming your property.
His consultation will conclude with the provision of several freehand sketches to illustrate possible options for your new ‘home’.
Phase 2
A further option is for him to draw up the existing and projected plans, after which point his role as a consultant will end and work will start with your chosen teams.
